Gym Rules / Code of Conduct

These rules exist to ensure a safe, respectful, and professional training environment for everyone at Knights Forge MMA.
By entering the gym or participating in training, you agree to follow these rules.
  1. Gym Rules / Code of Conduct
Treat coaches, staff, and other members with respect at all times
No aggressive, abusive, or disrespectful behavior
Follow coach instructions without argument during training

Unsafe or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from training.
2. Safety First
Train within your limits and experience level
Do not attempt techniques you have not been instructed to perform
Immediately stop if you or your training partner feel pain or discomfort
Tapping must be respected instantly and without exception

Safety is more important than winning or ego.
3. Hygiene and Cleanliness
Clean training gear is mandatory
No training with dirty clothing or equipment
Short, clean nails (hands and feet)
No training with open wounds, skin infections, or contagious conditions

Poor hygiene is a safety issue and will not be tolerated.
4. Punctuality and Attendance
Arrive on time and warmed up
Inform the coach in advance if you are late or unable to attend
Late arrivals may be asked to sit out for safety reasons
5. Equipment and Facilities
Use gym equipment responsibly
Return equipment to its proper place after use
Report damaged or unsafe equipment immediately

Intentional damage to equipment may result in liability.
6. Training Attire
Wear appropriate training attire for each discipline
No jewelry during training
No zippers, buttons, metal snaps, hard plastic, or anything that could damage the mats during class.
Protective equipment must be used when required
7. Personal Belongings
Knights Forge MMA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items
Do not leave valuables unattended
8. Health and Medical Responsibility
Do not train while injured, sick, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Inform the coach of any injury or health concern before training
You are responsible for your own medical condition and limitations
9. Minors
Children and youth must follow coach instructions at all times
Parents or guardians are responsible for minors before and after classes
Minors may not remain in the gym without supervision outside scheduled sessions
10. Photography and Recording
Photography or video recording requires coach approval
No recording of other participants without consent
11. Right to Refuse Participation
Knights Forge MMA reserves the right to:
  • Refuse entry or participation
  • Remove anyone who violates these rules
  • Protect the safety and culture of the gym
12. Final Note
These rules exist to create a strong, disciplined, and respectful training environment.
Everyone is expected to contribute to that culture.
